At Hanmian Skin Clinic, providing you with an exceptional experience and the best possible service at every single appointment is our top priority.

All of our beauty services are non refundable, but if you are not 100% satisfied with anything, please let us know right away. We’ll do our best to make any adjustments in future treatment sessions, ensuring that you are satisfied with our service.

Reschedule and Cancellation Policy

Your scheduled appointment is important to us. We want to make sure our clients receive the best service possible during each of their appointments.

To help make sure we can do this, Hanmian Skin Clinic requires a deposit paid upfront for selected services. Deposits are non-refundable, you can reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours before your appointment and your deposit will be transferred over to your future booking. If you are unable to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours before your appointment. Reschedule or cancellation within 48 hours of the appointment will result in loss of deposits.
