All of our beauty services are non refundable, but if you are not 100% satisfied with anything, please let us know right away. We’ll do our best to make any adjustments for future treatment sessions, ensuring that you receive exceptional service, every time. We appreciate your understanding.

Cosmetic Product Refund Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We understand that getting the right products for your skin care is important, and we will do our best to help you find one that works for you.
